Scissor lesson
Today we had a special guest in our classroom...the lovely Miss Read. She taught us how to hold our scissors with the correct finger technique. It's very important that we know how to use scissors correctly because we use them nearly everyday and they help to develop our fine motor skills. So thank you Miss Read for doing a fantastic job. We are well on our way to being the best junior classroom at cutting in the whole school.

Thinking Green 'Athon'
Children need to continue practicing their Thinking Green 'Athon' questions and finding sponsors. Your child should have received a letter outlining the event and the questions they need to practice. If you would like further information please see your child's classroom teacher. If you have any questions please come in and see Betsy or I!
